When you connect your WeInc website to Asana, every form submission automatically becomes an Asana task in the project you choose, ensuring new leads and requests never sit unread in an inbox. Simply sign in with Asana once in the site's form settings, pick a destination project, and each entry arrives as a task with the visitor's details. WeInc only requests permission to create tasks.
How to connect WeInc + Asana?
Follow these steps:
Sign in at https://my.we.inc (or create a free account) and open any website project.
In the builder open More panels > Analytics > Send entries to > Add a destination > Asana.
Click "Connect with Asana", approve access (the app only requests tasks:write), select the Asana project where new tasks should be created, and click Save.
Publish the site and submit its contact form. A new Asana task appears in that project with the visitor's name, email and message.
